Do you have copies?

Over the last week I have met with so many people who don’t have copies on hand of their important documents – tax returns, wills, bank statements. It is your responsibility to keep copies of your documents. You cannot rely on your accountant or lawyer or bank to keep copies for you. Will they? Probably but again, I urge you to keep your own copies of all of your important documents.

The time and aggravation (and stress!) to get copies years later is not worth it.

So, get yourself storage in the cloud or a stick drive and keep all of your own documents. Do it now. Don’t let another day pass on this.
